Carmen Calvo Sáenz de Tejada (Valencia, 1950) is a Spanish contemporary artist, noted for her contribution to international contemporary art, carrying out her Artwork with a plurality of formal, technical and thematic resources. In 2013 she was awarded the National Prize for Plastic Arts from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and in 2014 she was named an academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Carlos in Valencia.
