Marcela Jardón ha sido finalista y ganadora de múltiples premios y concursos internacionales. Sus obras forman parte de colecciones privadas y públicas en instituciones como la Biblioteca Nacional de España, la Universidad de Valencia, Biblioteca Especializada en Fotografía Contemporánea de la Fundación Forvm para la Fotografía, la Universidad de Panama, The University of the West of England, Bristol. Y recientemente incorporada a la colección permanente del CICA Museum de Korea.
