Marcela jardón. Marcela Jardón (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1964) artista multidisciplinar, se formó en la Escuela Nacional de Arte Prilidiano Pueyrredón, en Argentina y comenzó su trayectoria expositiva en el año 1980. Desde el año 2000 vive y trabaja en Barcelona. Sus obras se han expuesto y publicado en América, Europa y Asia, en instituciones como la Universidad de Valencia, Sociedad Argentina de Artistas Plásticos de Buenos Aires, el Opera House de Sydney, Australia, el Kanazawa Art Center Citizen, Japón, el Museo Universidad de Alicante, la Bangkok Regional Office of The Rockefeller Foundation, el Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona, el Departamento de Expresiones Artísticas de la Universidad de Panamá, el Museo Social Argentino de Buenos Aires, el Museo Provincial de Quilmes en Argentina, el Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, el Museo y Archivo Histórico Cabildo de Montevideo en Uruguay, el Museo de Aveiro de Portugal, el Museu de Reus, el Museo La Neomudéjar de Madrid,el Centro de Arte Santa Mónica de Barcelona, el Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona, en la Spectrum Fair Miami(2018), LA Art Show, Fair (2019) y en varias galerías. Hand-signed by the artist in the lower left corner. Includes frame. A large-format Cubist composition featuring a grand piano, cello, violin, trumpet, French horn, and guitar, alongside scores by Beethoven and Chopin, on a checkered floor in white and gray. The artist breaks down the instruments into overlapping geometric planes of vibrant colors (ochres, golds, grays, and reds), in a pictorial homage to music and Synthetic Cubism. A decorative piece of great presence and visual impact.
