Nana Tonnelier is an artist who works with painting, collage and animated image techniques.
After a stint at the University of Saint Charles Paris I and the Beaux-Arts in Toulouse, she joined L'Usine de Toulouse in 1994, a place where live shows are created, where she trained in the construction of puppets and sets, elements that she added to her activity as an independent creator.
In 2005, she began a pictorial approach that combines two techniques, collage and oil painting, and established her main activity in her studio.
Strongly influenced in her youth by the old masters, initiated by her father, an amateur copyist, and by extracurricular classes at the Louvre from the age of 8 to 13, she developed a pictorial research around the association of timeless images, which reveal the chaos of our world crossed by invisible forces.
Born in Paris in 1967, lives and works in Cuq Toulza (Tarn).
