Author: Nolasc Valls i Martí (Barcelona, 1888 - 1980). Title: Tower of Roser (1916). Description: oil on paper framed. Certificate of authenticity is attached. Measures without frame 22x29 cm. Artwork in good condition. A disciple of Emilio Casals y Campos, he continued his drawing and painting academy in Barcelona, later converted into the Valls Academy (1926). Where they studied, among others, J.O. Jansana, Joan Moncada, Modest Cuixart and Antoni Tàpies. As a creator, he cultivated all genres with academic precision and had several exhibitions since 1917. Son of the writer and banker Josep Maria Valls and brother of Magí Valls, also a writer.
