Autor: Xavier Medina Campeny (Barcelona, 1943). Título: Composición. Descripción: litografía a varias tintas firmada a lápiz por el artista y numerada 58/250. Medidas de la obra 42x28,5 cm. Medidas con marco 69,5x50 cm. Obra en buenas condiciones. Xavier Medina-Campeny continúa la pasión de la familia Campeny por la escultura desde el siglo XVIII. Si bien comenzó a estudiar arquitectura, en el año 1961 abandonó la universidad para dedicarse por completo al arte. Desde entonces ha residido tanto en España como en Estados Unidos y ha llevado a cabo exposiciones en España, Francia, Alemania, Portugal, Estados Unidos y Canadá entre otros países. Sus obras forman parte de los fondos artísticos de instituciones tan importantes como el Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía de Madrid (MNCARS), el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Barcelona (MACBA), el Everson Museum de Syracuse (EEUU), el Jimmy Carter Library & Museum.Atlanta de Georgia (EEUU), la Bears Foundation de Nueva York (EEUU), la Fundación Fran Laurel de Barcelona, la Fundació La Caixa de Barcelona o la Biblioteca Nacional de Madrid.
