Author: Antoni Tàpies. Title: Série Negre, lithograph XV. Unique edition, limited to 998 copies in Arabic numerals and 298 in Roman numerals, 2017. In 1967, Antoni Tàpies created a series of 15 drawings that reveal the most characteristic features of his Artwork. Printed on kraft paper, which, due to its properties, highlights the series' characteristic black color. Série Negre reproduces 15 plates from one of the most representative Artworks of one of the most prominent artists of the 20th century. The plates are printed on high-quality handmade paper, specially made for this Artwork. Once printed, each plate is die-cut and presented as a diptych. Mount dimensions: 45 x 32 cm. Sheet dimensions: 20 x 27 cm. The Artwork is in perfect condition.
