Antonín František Stehlík (March 11, 1921, Hluboké Maščvky – August 28, 1989, Znojmo) was a Czech painter and journalist. His son was the painter and sculptor Jan Rostislav Stehlík. Antonín František Stehlík was born in 1921 in Hluboké Maššvky near Znojmo. He attended primary school in Hluboké Maššvky from 1928 to 1935 and then began an apprenticeship, which he completed in 1938. That same year, he attempted to enroll in the gymnasium in Moravské Budšjovice, but due to the deteriorating situation in the republic, he was unable to get there. Antonín Stehlík's family then moved to Třebíń, where his father owned an advertising agency, and Antonín began Artworking there as an assistant. However, after the outbreak of World War II, Antonín Stehlík was drafted for forced labor in Austria, Germany, and later France. He did not return to Czechoslovakia until 1945, and that same year he moved to Znojmo, where he married Otilie Fišerová. Between 1946 and 1950, he studied painting privately with František Šindeláč, a primary school teacher in Moravian Budějovice. In 1945, like his father, he also began Artworking as a journalist. Through his journalism, he met the art theorist Prokop Toman, who recommended him for private painting lessons with Otakar Nejedlý. He began studying with him around 1952 and continued until Nejedlý's death in 1957. In the so-called Toman Society, he met Vojtěch Sedláček, who influenced Antonín Stehlík's drawing techniques. In 1952, he also became friends with Petr Bezruč, a friendship that lasted until Bezruč's death. During their friendship, Antonín Stehlík created a collection of 120 drawings entitled "Bezruč's Moravian Landscapes." In 1973, he received the Max Švabinský Medal. In the mid-1950s, he also began painting and drawing scenes from his childhood and youth. In the 1960s, he visited Italy, Slovakia, and Russia on several occasions, trips that influenced his later Artwork. From the mid-1970s onward, he began painting and drawing professionally, and also painting scenes of South Moravia and the city of Znojmo. In 1991, he received honorary citizenship of Hluboké Mašąvky.

He received his artistic training at the La Massana School in Barcelona. From childhood, he was drawn to painting, an art he was able to develop thanks to the encouragement of the Brothers of La Salle. They convinced his father to support his vocation, and from that moment on, in addition to being his father, he became his most loyal ally. He began painting professionally at the age of 23, but both before, during his training at the Tarragona Art Artworkshop School, the Massana School, and the Cercle de Sant Lluc, and now, when his voice has a place in the art world, Jaume has always considered himself a very disciplined artist. He uses all kinds of techniques in his Artwork: oil, pastel, collage, watercolor, clay, terracotta, bronze, lithography, drawing, graphite, and etching. He has exhibited individually and collectively on numerous occasions, and his Artwork is represented in public and private collections worldwide, including in the United States, Switzerland, China, Japan, France, and Mexico. Josep Font Sellabona (Collsuspina, 1928 – Vic, Osona, 2010) was known as "The Troubadour of Catalonia" and was one of the pioneers of Catalan song, as he began performing songs in this language by Joaquín Soler Serrano, although he did not record them. Later he did record some EPs: In 1961: "Mercado del ramo," "Pájaros cantores," "Rosalia encantando," "Canción del enfadoso." In 1963: "El caballero Godia," "María Roser," "El modernizado," "Un cielo más azul." In 1964: "A Foreign Bride," "To Emili Vendrell," "The Umbrella," "The Candles." His songs oscillate between a conservative view of social reality and a harmless, romantic-rooted patriotism. He was also a professional painter, a field to which he dedicated more time than to songwriting, especially from his studio open to the public in Vila Vella of Tossa de Mar, where he primarily painted landscapes in a conventional style derived from Impressionism.
