Pentacles - Series, THE CONQUEST OF THE CARDS Acrylic on canvas, blunt edge, profile with lace ribbon. 70x50cm. It symbolizes power and self-determination. How many generations will have grown up playing cards. The liar, the cinquillo, the seven and a half, the chinchón, the brisca... Perhaps it is a bit presumptuous to think that today we can achieve equality of power and real recognition (in a job for example) if we assume that we have no important role in a game as trivial as extraordinary.
