In this Artwork, I interpret a rugged ravine with a Mediterranean essence, where nature manifests itself in all its strength and authenticity. The steep relief, sculpted by the passage of time, becomes the stage for an intense dialogue between light and shadow. The vibrant contrasts not only define the landscape, but I also intend them to convey its energy, its silence, and its untamed character. The loose and expressive brushstrokes seek to move beyond a mere literal representation in order to capture the emotion of the place. Furthermore, the intense luminosity highlights the forms of the mountains, while the deep shadows lend mystery and depth, inviting the viewer to visually explore every corner of the ravine and discover the beauty that arises from the balance between the harshness of the terrain and the intensity of the light.
