DENYS SABALDASH (Nova Kajovka, Ukraine 1989). “Aqua”, 2021. Acrylic on canvas. Signed in the lower right corner and on the reverse. Measurements: 80 x 60 cm. Attached artist's certificate. Exceptional artist, Denys Sabaldash, is the protagonist and creator of various Artworks of art. His Artwork is immense, both in number and variety. He took painting classes from 1996 to 2003, and studied at the National Academy Arts Anb Architecture in kyiv from 2009 to 2012. His Artworks have been in demand and highly prized in private collections. He has exhibited in different spaces at an international level; at the Ukrainian Art and Culture Center (2016), at the Parallax Art Fair in London (2018), at the Luxembourg Art Fair (2020), at the Eka Moor gallery in Madrid (2021), at the Open Cultural Space in Madrid (2021), in Spain Art Today I in Madrid, in Spain Festiarte in Marbella, at the Geoje Museum, and in South Korea: Haegeumgang Theme Museum, Tyrrell. In addition, the artist has pieces on display at the Art i Oci Gallery, in Valencia. In his Artworks, the author uses an abstract language, based on irregular geometry, with an organic character both in its layout and in its colours. It is an open style whose basic characteristic is the conception of the pictorial surface as an open field, without limits and without hierarchy. The shapes are the result of a thoughtful composition and experimentation. In his paintings he dispenses with all figuration and proposes a new reality different from the natural one.

Alberto Rafols-Casamada (Barcelona, 1923 – 2009), was a poet and painter. Rafols-Casamada began his studies in architecture but abandoned them to dedicate himself fully to the visual arts, thanks to the support of his father, Albert Ràfols i Cullerés. The painter was awarded the National Prize for Plastic Arts by the Ministry of Culture in 1980, the National Prize for Visual Arts of Catalonia in 2003 and was an honorary academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.
Drawing by the sculptor Joan Rebull, signed and dated, drawing dimensions 20x26 cm. Acquired at the antique fair organised by the city council of Reus, his hometown, the certificate is attached.
