Eduardo Arranz-Bravo: “Granollers, fulla baixa IV”
Original lithograph signed and numbered 20/125 in pencil by the artist Eduardo Arranz-Bravo (1941 – 2023), published in the Sala Gaspar Collection, 1973. He is situated in art-pop, neo-figurativism, surrealism and new avant-garde. In any case, he is one of the most representative artists of the art of the second half of the 20th century. One of his most significant Artworks, as a result of the union with Rafael Bartolozzi (1943 – 2009), both strategic and plastic, was the one carried out in the Tipel tanning factory (1971), at the foot of the highway. Painted in its entirety, there are 2,000 square meters of surface, with very bright colors, very pure, very “pop”. Iconic Artwork (penultimate photos; last photo, Eduardo Arranz-Bravo, in his studio), considered at the time by the British press as the largest art-pop Artwork in Europe. In 2019, the Artwork was restored by Arranz-Bravo himself. The lithograph was published in the Sala Gaspar Collection, 1973 (last photo, not included).
