Medidas sin marco 75x103 cm. Obra en buenas condiciones con signos de la edad. Josep Canals Gual (Sant Cugat del Vallés, 1947). Licenciado por la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Barcelona. Desde un principio se involucra de manera activa en la promoción i dinamización del mundo cultural. Trabajó como pedagogo artístico. A partir de los años '80 se dedica exclusivamente a la labor de galerista y promotor cultural, destacando entre otras actividades la creación i dirección de la Biennal d’Art Contemporani Català. Entre otras distinciones, posee la Medalla al Mérito Cultural de la ciudad de Sant Cugat y es miembro de la Real Academia Catalana de Bellas Artes de Sant Jordi. Tiene obras en diferentes museos e instituciones públicas y privadas y ha realizado numerosas exposiciones individuales y colectivas por el país.
