Juan Antonio Galindo,pintor granadino,autodidacta,nacido en la ciudad de la Alhambra y en 1962 y de familia de artesanos,cuenta con más de 70 exposiciones, además, Entrevista en periódico irreverentes.2016 Artmajeur. Silver Award 2009-10-11-12 "ArtSalud", VV.AA., libro-catálogo editado por la asociación del mismo nombre Artista acreditado por A.I.C.O.A Archivo Internacional. Central de Objetos de Arte y numerosos medios de comunicación,radio prensa y televisión. Este arrabal se llamaba Al-Fajjarín, “barrio de los alfareros”, y hasta daba nombre a la puerta que lo separaba de la medina, en lo que ahora es la plaza Fortuny.
