“I am captivated by the heterogeneity of the improbable! And, within me, in perfect freedom, exists the process of intuition, which guides me and leads me…” Born in Texas in 1964, Kristin lives and Artworks between the United States, Spain, and, more recently, in her studio in La Charnière, in the south of France. Her fine arts training includes studies at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University (New Jersey), Indiana University in Pennsylvania, EINA Escola de Disseny i Art in Barcelona, and the CIEC International Center of Printmaking in Betanzos, Spain. She has had the privilege of studying with artists such as Joan Semmel, Emma Amos, Rosa Tarruella, and Iván Araújo. In 2016, she founded the international collective of women printmakers A R T ï T s. Her Artworks are part of private and public collections in the United States and abroad, including the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, the permanent print collection of the National Library of Spain in Madrid, Colombian Coffee in Madrid, DesLettres in Paris, Diverdi in Madrid, Open Access Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, Saint Vincent Hospital in Arkansas, and the European NetArtwork of Professional Women in Madrid.
