Dominik Smolik. (2024). The Vine of the Heavenly River. Ink and acrylic on paper 207x176 cm. Signed on the back. Born in 1982 in Krakow. From 2002 to 2007 he studied painting at the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Krakow, in the studios of professors R. Oramus, R. ?acak and G. Bednarski. In 2008 he graduated from the Polytechnic University in Krakow with a postgraduate degree in architecture and interior design and conservation of sacred objects. He participated in several exhibitions in Krakow and at the International Open Air in Ravenna (2007). Exhibitions: 2016 The group exhibition Young Polish Artists in Brussels; 2013 and currently Young Art Auctions in Poland; 2013-2016 Group exhibitions at Sopocki Auction House (Krakow, Warsaw, Sopot), Polswiss Art (Warsaw), DNA Gallery (Wroclaw), Stalowa Gallery (Warsaw), Pragaleria (Warsaw), Art in House (Warsaw) and Desa Unicum (Warsaw). The artArtwork will be shipped rolled in a suitable tube.

    Author: Antoni Munill i Puig (Barcelona, 1939 - 1977). Title: Portrait (1974). Description: watercolor on paper signed and dated 74 on the right margin. Measurements without frame 32x23 cm. Measurements with frame 46x33 cm. Artwork in good condition with signs of age. He trained in Barcelona, at Llotja (1952-57), and in Paris. Initially he alternated painting with work as a graphic artist, but during the seventies he abandoned this second activity. From then on he made his Artwork known, clearly affiliated with Impressionism. He died suddenly after being made a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts, in Paris.
