"The prophet Elijah and the feeding ravens", oil on canvas, a biblical painting referring to the "Continuous Psalm" exhibition, and part of the sketches made on the theme of the prophet Elijah. Certificate of authenticity available. La Monja Hammond is a versatile and tremendously urban artist, performer, painter and musical composer. He develops contemplative abstraction from a very characteristic style of the Spanish pictorial school. Finalist for the 2015 New York Artslant Prize, painting. Training - Estudio Nieves Solana (Madrid), Rietvelt Academie of Amsterdam, plastic arts; UCLA University, Los Angeles, film direction, Escuela de la Palma (Madrid), mural painting. Individual and collective exhibitions. Emerging Artist Award Alie Festival 2019. Speaker at "Project Clinic" 2022, Cráter Jornadas, Community of Madrid. Lately, he combines his artistic activity with media and television appearances.
