"L'ALTRANGE"; GALL, Jean-François (Istanbul, Turkey, 1948). "Composition". Mixed media on canvas. Signed in the lower left corner. Done: No date. Measurements: 50cm x 61cm. L’Altrange is a painter, performer and art critic based in Barcelona since 1975. Between 1985 and 1995 he shut himself away to investigate and put himself to the test, making more than 1,500 Artworks during this period. Artist dedicated to teaching, he acts as a pedagogical advisor in various centers. He is a member of several artistic associations, and president of Artists Without Borders and the Amic@rt Association. He has exhibited in Spain, France and Italy, and in 2009 a retrospective exhibition was dedicated to him at the Jean Paul Perrier gallery in Barcelona.
