Autor: Mª Assumpció Raventós (Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, 1930). Título: A Picasso. Descripción: serigrafia sobre papel realizada en 2001 por el artista Mª Assumpció Raventós. Medidas 45x37 cm. Se adjunta certificado de autenticidad. Obra en buen estado de conservación. Mª Assumpció Raventós Torras estudia en la Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes Sant Jordi de Barcelona, en el taller de grabado de Friedllander en París y en el conservatorio de las Artes del Libro. Por sus méritos artísticos, en el año 1991 la Generalitat de Cataluña le otorga la Creu de Sant Jordi, máxima distinción que otorga el gobierno catalán. Es miembro de la Real Academia Catalana de Bellas Astes Sant Jordi. Pertenece al grupo de artistas que han sido pioneros en las técnicas del tapiz, a nivel estatal, y es una de las artistas que durante los años setenta, se involucró en el mundo del tapiz surgido en la Escuela Catalana del Tapiz de Sant Cugat. Desde unos inicios figurativos con influencias cubistas y expresionistas, su obra ha evolucionado hacia un informalismo de armonías austeras pero delicadas, con gran sensibilidad por las cualidades de las materias y los efectos de las texturas. Es una artista multidisciplinar que ha sabido manifestarse en todos los lenguajes que tenía a mano. EL dibujo, la pintura, el grabado..., son los medios de los cuales se vale desde hace mucho para producir una obra de alto nivel artístico, que la consolida como una de las artistas más importantes de nuestra época. Su obra se ha expuesto y se encuentra por Europa y América.
