Nana Tonnellier is an artist who works with painting, collage, and animated imagery.
After studying at Saint Charles University Paris I and the School of Fine Arts in Toulouse, she joined L'Usine de Toulouse in 1994, a live performance company where she trained in puppet and set design, skills she later incorporated into her work as an independent artist.
Heavily influenced in her youth by the Old Masters, a passion fostered by her father, an amateur copyist, and by extracurricular classes at the Louvre from ages 8 to 13, she developed a pictorial investigation centered on the association of timeless images, revealing the chaos of our world permeated by invisible forces.
Born in Paris in 1967, Nana Tonnellier lives and works in Cuq Toulza (Tarn, France).
