The expression of my sculptures is rooted in my conscience and my commitment. It is a subtle and continuous dialogue that is expressed through creation. With the postures of my “beings”, I want to show how we are there, suffering or thinking about the few essential modifications of our Territories of Lives and Expressions. I know that the artist when creating his Artwork can lead to other spiritual, mystical, divined "worlds", felt by the inner consciousness... This is my will! When I start a Artwork, a dialogue is established with my material... Then a "conflict" begins between the idea I want to express and the limitations of the "material" form I want to give it... Nicole Marie lives and Artworks in Alicante (Spain).

    Alberto Rafols-Casamada (Barcelona, 1923 – 2009), was a poet and painter. Rafols-Casamada began his studies in architecture but abandoned them to dedicate himself fully to the visual arts, thanks to the support of his father, Albert Ràfols i Cullerés. The painter was awarded the National Prize for Plastic Arts by the Ministry of Culture in 1980, the National Prize for Visual Arts of Catalonia in 2003 and was an honorary academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.
