Facsimile of the Artwork from 1905 (1985, signed on plate, first and only edition), on high-quality, high-weight Guarro paper, very slightly grained. ‘Sketch for Faust, by Charles Gounod. Act V, table 1. Gran Teatro del Liceo, 1905' (printed under the image). Junyent (1876-1956), symbolist and modernist painter, and set designer, trained at the Escola Llotja until 1895, Artworking in the Artworkshops of Modest Urgellès, Salvador Alarma and Soler Rovirosa. He went to Paris to Artwork in the Artworkshop of a French master, and there he lived with Nonell, Junyent, Anglada Camarasa and Miquel Utrillo. He undertook a trip around the world and upon returning, he exhibited at the Sala de La Vanguardia, the Sala Parés and others, he Artworked on numerous occasions at the Gran Teatro del Liceo, and later, also with Adrià Gual with his Teatro Íntim. He was awarded a prize at the 1929 Barcelona International Exhibition in the painting, drawing and engraving section. Later he was a collector and patron and was president of the Royal Artistic Circle of Barcelona. He has Artwork at the MNAC. Dimensions: total: 37 cm x 42 cm, image: 23.5 cm x 31 cm.
