Paola Giordano was born in 1953 in New Bedford, Massachusetts (USA), the daughter of a Florentine father, the artist Álvaro Giordano, and an Italian-American mother. She spent her childhood in Naples and, around the age of ten, moved to Milan, where she attended art school and the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. From the beginning, her creative approach was "sustainable"; a message of values and social denunciation emerged. She experienced urban existential unrest and recorded the same unrest of the metropolitan society of her time, a unrest that finds an almost surrealist expression in her painting, originating from her unconscious, beyond any rational control. Each Artwork becomes a point of intersection between dream and reality; The images are linked in a seemingly incongruous way, but in reality follow a logic that belongs to the deep forces of his spirit.
