Soy Paulino L Tardón. Conjunto de adornos, Dos vistas el colgante, marzo- abril 2020. Aparte de desplegar una gran actividad cono pintor, grabador y esmaltador, diseño y realizo adornos personales en los que el principal elemento es el esmalte a fuego. En esta ocasión cuelgo varias gargantillas que es principalmente lo que he realizado durante mi confinamiento. Me ha animado a ello el que sé que gustan. El escaparate de mi estudio me lo ha enseñado. Las gargantillas llevan varios esmaltes, algunas hasta cinco, otras solo uno. Las alargaderas son tiras de un acetato opaco, flexible, resistente e inocuo, pintadas por la parte vista con esmaltes en frio. Por el dorso, como obra de autor, van firmadas. Rondan de largo los 15 cm. El esmalte es polvo de vidrio coloreado con óxidos metálicos que funde a 850 º. Es una técnica de joyería. Solo se puede esmaltar sobre oro, plata o cobre. EN LO REFERENTE AL ESMALTE, ESTAS PIEZAS SON ÚNICAS porque es imposible hacer dos piezas exactamente iguales y tampoco yo quiero.
