Desnudo en la terraza, esmalte a fuego, 18.13 cm la placa de cobre. El esmalte es polvo de vidrio coloreado con óxidos metálicos que funde a 850º, y tiene que ser únicamente sobre oro plata o cobre. Generalmente no tiene el color que va a salir fundido, depende de la temperatura y de la cantidad, con lo que puede variar su tono. Por eso hay que hacer antes una buena colección de muestras (!). Con esta técnica hay infinidad de obras de arte en los museos y muchas joyas están adornadas con piezas elaboradas con esta técnica. (1) Con ellas hago adornos personales, consistente en colgantes, broches, gargantillas, cruces y demás abalorios se pueden considerar mini-cuadros. El precio incluye un marco sencillo

Alberto Rafols-Casamada (Barcelona, 1923 – 2009), was a poet and painter. Rafols-Casamada began his studies in architecture but abandoned them to dedicate himself fully to the visual arts, thanks to the support of his father, Albert Ràfols i Cullerés. The painter was awarded the National Prize for Plastic Arts by the Ministry of Culture in 1980, the National Prize for Visual Arts of Catalonia in 2003 and was an honorary academic of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.
Drawing by the sculptor Joan Rebull, signed and dated, drawing dimensions 20x26 cm. Acquired at the antique fair organised by the city council of Reus, his hometown, the certificate is attached.
