Autor: Ramón Herreros (Barcelona, 1947). Título: El Axioma de María 4 (1991). Descripción: técnica mixta sobre papel firmada con iniciales y fechada 91 en el ángulo inferior derecho. Titulada al dorso. Medidas sin marco 70x52 cm. Obra en buenas condiciones. Ramón Herreros estudió en la Escuela Massana de Barcelona, en el Círculo Artístico Sant Lluc, en la Academia Tárrega y en la Escuela de Diseño Eina. Miembro fundador del Equipo A, grupo artístico que se mantuvo hasta principios de los años '70. Su pasión por el cine le lleva a colaborar como director en la revista Destino y posteriormente, en 1975 como responsable de la Filmoteca Española, con sede en Barcelona. A pesar de no dejar nunca de dibujar y hacer fotografía, no vuelve a pintar de manera plena hasta 1980. Su pintura está marcada por el simbolismo abstracto mas personal y reconocida, expresando la voluntad de geometrizar el caos, va evolucionando hacia la figuración de manera pausada pero constante. Ha realizado numerosas exposiciones y su obra se halla en diversos museos y colecciones privadas.
