Author: Rosa Agenjo (Barcelona 1955). Title: Dies Illa. Description: folder of drawings on paper made in 2005 by the Barcelona artist Rosa Agenjo. Measures 32.5x25 cm. Certificate of authenticity is attached. Artwork in good condition. Rosa Agenjo has a doctorate in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, where she teaches. Her Artwork began to become public, especially from the 1980s, becoming one of the most representative artists of the moment, within the Catalan scene. With abstract beginnings, figuration evolves without losing its expressionist, direct, colorful and material character. Agenjo focuses mainly on the female figure, on which he reflects by placing her in different spaces of time and place. Protagonists to whom he grants a lyrical character, full of symbolism due to the landscape and floral motifs with which he surrounds them. It has numerous national and international exhibitions.
