Titos Kontou - Frères Siamois (2020)

“...The circumstances of an expression, its essence, my desires, my will, must be free in order to express my commitments. This is undoubtedly the obvious and most difficult limitation...” The artist Titos Kontou lives with the materials, the colors, and some expressions that are our lives, what we are; perhaps, without a doubt, what we should be. His words, his grammar are true, unambiguous. Finally, we see this material, never still, in his painting, in his paintings; without shame or embarrassment for these sculptures... and there, one must see the strength of this artist, his values, his humility,... his will! Born in Athens in 1980, Franco-Greek, Titos Kontou lives and works in Toulouse (France). Titos Kontou - Frères Siamois - Oil on Canvas - 100x81 cm - 2020
