“...The circumstances of an expression, its essence, my desires, my will, must be free in order to express my commitments. This is certainly the obvious and most difficult limitation..." The artist Titos Kontou lives with the materials, the colors and some expressions that are our lives, what we are; perhaps, without a doubt, what we should be. His words, his grammar are true, without ambiguity. Finally, we see this material, never still in his painting, in his pictures; without shame or embarrassment for these sculptures...and there, we must see the strength of this artist, his values, his humility,...his will! Born in Athens in 1980, Franco-Greek, Titos Kontou lives and works in Toulouse (France). Titos Kontou - Possédé - Oil on Canvas - 100x100 cm - 2017. With Certificate of Authenticity
