Autor: Joan Pere Viladecans (Barcelona, 1948). Título: Sèrie Quaderns Verds nº8. Descripción: técnica mixta sobre papel realizada en 1987 por el artista barcelonés Joan Pere Viladecans. Medidas sin marco 77x57 cm. Se adjunta certificado de autenticidad. Obra en buen estado de conservación. Joan Pere Viladecans es pintor, grabador i litógrafo, también lleva una intensa actividad paralela como creador de carteles y portadas de libros y discos. Empieza a pintar a finales de la década de los '70 y ya, desde un principio, capta el interés entre personalidades del mundo del arte. Viladecans es un experimentador constante, cosa que le lleva al uso de diferentes técnicas, y también a fabricarse el mismo el papel donde pintar. El artista reflexiona siempre sobre el propio oficio de pintor, sobre el arte y sobre la pintura misma. Y el fruto de su meditación es la obra. Desde el punto de vista formal, su obra es un diálogo constante entre la figuración y la abstracción, siempre con la obsesión permanente de dotar a sus imágenes con un contenido poético. Su gran afición a la literatura se percibe en su obra, que une arte y literatura. Viladecans ha sido galardonado con diferentes premios y su obra se ha expuesto aquí y en el extranjero.
