Original lithograph signed by the artists Eduardo Arranz-Bravo (1941 – 2023), and Rafael Bartolozzi (1943 – 2009), numbered 95/125, in pencil. Published in the Sala Gaspar Collection, 1973. Both formed an operational artistic group during a period that went more or less from 1970 to 1980.
The union between both painters was both strategic and plastic, since each one preserved his individual career, without prejudice to the group exhibitions held under the title “Arranz-Bravo and Bartolozzi”. They are placed in art-pop, neo-figurativism, surrealism and new avant-garde. In any case, both are very significant artists of the art of the second half of the 20th century.
As an essentially collective Artwork, his most significant Artwork was carried out in the Tipel tanning factory (1971), at the foot of the highway (penultimate photos; last photo, Eduardo Arranz-Bravo, in his studio, photo by Pol Masip). Painted in its entirety, there are 2,000 square meters of surface, with very bright colors, very pure, very “pop”. Iconic Artwork, considered by the British press as the largest art-pop Artwork in Europe. In 2019, the Artwork was restored by Arranz-Bravo himself.
