The parties involved, seller-depositor and buyer, will comply with the provisions of the Heritage Law, the General Tax Law and the Intellectual Property Law.

The operations in which Open Auctions S.L. are subject to the provisions of Spanish Law and more specifically, to the stipulations that regulate mediation and deposit contracts.

Under no circumstances will any claim be made on the lots awarded, 15 days after the issuance of the corresponding invoice by Open Auctions S.L.

In case of discrepancies between the parties for reasons of auction operations, the seller, the buyer and Open Auctions SL, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.

Registration as a user has no additional charge. As a member of a community with a common interest, the only prerequisite for any operation is acceptance of the rules of procedure.
