The price of auction or award of a lot will be increased by 18% commission for intermediation fees in the operation plus VAT corresponding to them. This amount must be paid by the buyer within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of lot allocation, in cash, bank check, by bank transfer or by credit card. Payment by credit card is made through our secure payment gateway virtual POS of Banco de Sabadell with all security guarantees. The lot cannot be withdrawn until the entire invoice has been paid.
If the payment is not made within 7 days of the award date, the bid could be canceled. Subasta Real reserves the option of disabling the user for subsequent auctions in the event that no communication has been received from him.
After these 7 days, the damages caused to the objects or works awarded will be the sole responsibility of the winner or buyer.
