Offer at Subasta Real is very simple.

1. The first thing you have to do is register using the following registration form.
2. If you are already a registered user, you must access using the login form .
3. Once you have found the lot that interests you, either through the search engine or browsing through the different categories or through the listings on the main page, what you should do is click on the link of the lot to access the details of it.
4. In the details of the lot you can see all the information related to it: photographs, description, closing date, value of the last bid or starting price, estimation, list of bids and a form to place your bid.
5. The form gives you several prices by default to make your offer. You can change that amount if you want always.
6. Then click on the "Make offer" button. A pop-up window will appear reminding you how much your final invoice would increase taking into account the auction price plus the Subasta Real commission (this pop-up window does not reflect possible shipping costs). Click "Accept" if you agree or "Cancel" to close the pop-up window without making any offer.
7. Once the auction is finished, the owner-seller of the lot must accept or reject your offer. We remind you that owner-sellers have the right to refuse or accept offers. If the owner-seller decides to accept your offer, the lot will be awarded.
8. Remember that if you are the winning user of the lot, the final invoice will reflect the amount bid plus the Subasta Real commission plus VAT on the commission. Also remember that if you choose to send your lot through a transport agency, the shipping costs will also be reflected in your invoice. The commission that Subasta Real applies to the sale of any lot is 18% + VAT (As an example if you win a lot with a bid of € 100 the final price of your invoice will be € 100 + € 18 commission + 3.78 € VAT on commission, Total € 121.78)
9. Once you have made an offer for a lot you will receive a series of e-mails confirming that your offers have been received, if any other user makes a superior offer and if once the auction is over you are the maximum bidder. It is possible that your mail server rejects the automatic messages generated by our server by confusing them with spam. To prevent this from happening, add the address info@subastareal.com to your list of admitted contacts and check your spam folder in case the messages are there.
10. If you are the winner we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to confirm the final amount, payment method and shipping of your lot. The payment of the purchased lots must be made within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of completion of the auction, with the buyer paying shipping costs according to rates that may be provided by Subasta Real, if desired , depending on the size, weight, volume, fragility of the lot awarded in each case.
11. If you make an offer for an item and the offer is accepted, you are required to complete the sale of it. You cannot withdraw your offer and agree not to bid in order to manipulate the auction result.
