After 15 calendar days from the date of the auction without the buyer having paid the lots purchased, Subasta Real may cancel the operation by returning the lot to its owner.
Subasta Real reserves the right to block the buyer's account for future access if it deems it appropriate.
Subasta Real cannot verify the buyer's ability to pay in any case and therefore does not guarantee that the user who is the winner in the auction will pay the final price of the award, therefore Subasta Real is not responsible for the behavior of its users and therefore that the auction ends successfully, since it escapes its control.
